The Maison des Vins de Saint-Chinian is an associative shop that belongs to all the winegrowers of the Saint-Chinian appellation. They have been operating on the principle of the "short circuit" since 1978, which is a direct sale from the winegrower to the consumer, in order to highlight the wines of their protected designation of origin. Today, they bring together 100 cellars and estates to offer the widest range of Saint-Chinian wines in red, rosé, and white. Saint Chinian's underground areas are home to a diverse geological composition, distinguished by golden nail-shaped formations - a phenomenon that is unparalleled in France. These natural wonders have been highly prized by the winegrowers of Saint Chinian. The soils are classified into two categories - "schist" and "limestone" - that exhibit a duality that is evident from the landscape to the glass.
